1. General Provisions

This document is a Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter — the “Offer”) issued by SPOGADS Ltd. (“Spogad”), a group of companies that includes entities registered in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

• The Bulgarian entity operates within the territory of the European Union.
• The UK entity operates within the United Kingdom and the United States.

This Offer is addressed to any capable individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the “Client”).

By placing an order and making a payment, the Client fully accepts (agrees to) the terms and conditions of this Offer without reservation.

2. Subject of the Offer

Spogad provides the service of creating Remembrance Stones — unique memorial pieces made from the ashes of a person or animal (hereinafter — the “Service”).

Each Remembrance Stone is individually crafted by hand. No two stones are alike, reflecting the uniqueness of every life remembered.

3. Ordering Procedure

3.1. Orders may be placed through the official website www.spogads.com (or www.spogad.uk, www.spogad.pl) or via the contact details provided there.

3.2. After an order is submitted, a Spogad representative will contact the Client to confirm details, arrange the shipping kit (if applicable), and coordinate the transfer of ashes.

3.3. Work begins once full payment has been received.

3.4. Production time typically ranges from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on order volume and complexity. The exact timeframe is confirmed individually.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment can be made by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other methods available on the website.

4.2. We accept payments in euros (€), pounds (£), US dollars ($), Polish zlotys (zł), and Ukrainian hryvnias (₴).

4.3. Prices vary depending on the region, selected service package, and stone type.

Delivery is not included in the price.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery is carried out via trusted courier and postal services with which Spogad has contractual agreements.

5.2. The Client is responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

5.3. Once the ashes are received by Spogad, all responsibility for safe handling passes to the Company until the finished stone is shipped back to the Client.

5.4. Spogad is not liable for delays or customs issues beyond its control.

6. Quality and Warranty

6.1. Every Remembrance Stone is handmade using certified, high-quality materials.

6.2. Spogad guarantees the integrity and durability of the product for 5 years from the delivery date.

6.3. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or external factors.

6.4. Because each stone is made from natural and variable materials, colour, shape, and texture may differ slightly from sample photos — this is not considered a defect but part of the stone’s individuality.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. Due to the personalized nature of the service, refunds are not possible once production has begun.

7.2. If Spogad makes an error (for example, product defect or mismatch with order), the Client may file a claim within 14 days after receiving the stone.

7.3. Verified claims will be resolved individually; if a defect is confirmed, Spogad will remake the stone free of charge.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

8.1. Spogad strictly complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable EU data protection laws.

8.2. Personal data provided by the Client is used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering the order.

8.3. No personal information will be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Liability

9.1. Spogad shall not be liable for:

• loss or damage to ashes prior to their receipt by the Company;
• courier or customs delays beyond Spogad’s control;
• natural variations in the stone’s appearance.

9.2. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, texts, photographs, designs, and logos on www.spogad.com are the property of SPOGADS Ltd. or used under licence.

Any copying or reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. This Offer comes into effect upon publication on the official website and remains valid until amended or withdrawn.

12.2. Spogad reserves the right to modify this Offer without prior notice by posting an updated version online.

12.3. All disputes shall be settled amicably where possible, and otherwise in accordance with the applicable laws of the country where the order was placed.

12.4. By using the website and submitting an order, the Client confirms full acceptance of this Public Offer.
