We provide a 5-year warranty on our Memory Stones. If during this time anything happens to your stone, we will restore it free of charge, so that your memories remain eternal.
What does this guarantee cover?
We guarantees the high quality of materials and craftsmanship of our memorial stones. The warranty covers any material or manufacturing defects that may arise within five years from the purchase of the stone. If any issue with the stone occurs during this period, we commit to restoring it free of charge.
What is not covered by this guarantee?
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, incorrect installation, accidental damage, or modifications not approved by Spogad. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters or extreme storage conditions.
